Still very much awake at 2.20am on a Monday morning

I know, I know... I should be in bed... but... lazy... haha! I just finished my Economics commentary la... If you really wanna know, I think I wrote a whole lot of bull in it... I really don't know what to write and what should I be writing... Sigh, see... boys and girls, this is the result of last minute work. You just crap your way through assignments... which most of the time you'll end up with crap marks too.

Anywayzzz, I have NO IDEA why I'm still very much awake. I was very tired in the afternoon... I slept in the train! Lucky I woke up at South Brisbane, if not I might've missed Roma St Station!! Oh, I was at the Gold Coast for the weekend to give my support and love to my dearest, pretty cousin who was having a dance performance on Saturday. LOLz!

My highlight of the weekend

I went to the Gold Coast on Friday after lunch... I sort of ate all my leftovers which has been sitting inside the fridge for ages. Haha... Then, the rush to finish Internet credit while packing... Finally only leaving the house at 2.50pm. Then took a bus down to Roma St, which then I caught the train to Nerang. Boy, was the train full!!! I'm never ever gonna take the train on a Friday afternoon when people finish work!! Anyway, I was lucky to get a seat, but I was battling with my eyes to stay awake. I was afraid I might fall on the guy next the me. And he was dozing off too!! Arrived at Nerang at about 4.35pm, and then my aunt and cousins took me to I-don't-remember-what-beach but they had this really good Fish & Chips shop with a fish market or something like that. I don't know how to describe it except it must a pretty good 'coz there were loads of locals queuing up for food.

Then on Saturday the dance performance and the meeting up with the Chan clan... lolz.. It was fun meeting everyone again... It has been sometime since the last I saw them... Fine, it was just a few weeks ago but still... long time ago. LOLz! Then that evening, we went to another cousin's place to swim... We wanted to, but the water was freezing so we played wii instead. Oh, a reminder to self: ask Matt to get Mario Race thingy game... haha

Then on Sunday, which was yesterday, we went to Burleigh Beach (i think it's spelt like that). There we made our sandcastle, while the guy-next-to-us' stuff were pecked to death by a wild bush turkey. The male turkey had this yellow skin thingy around its neck, and my little cousin Thomas said, "Look the turkey's wearing a necklace!". How cute is that!!

After that we went for lunch and got Thomas a train (he's obsessed with Thomas Train, you should hear him say Island of Sodor, "Eiyan Shodoe"). He's soooo adorable! Anyway, after that they send me to Robina where I took a train up to Brisbane.

I'm so confused! I keep thinking I'm going up to Gold Coast and down to Brisbane, when it's the other way round... Or is it... oh wells, just look at the map! LOL!

Ok la, not as nice as Malaysian KFC, but at least now I don't crave it anymore. Haha!!

Guitaring around...

I can't remember what I wanted to blog about... o.O and the cigarette smoke is bothering me and giving me a headache. No I did not smoke! I think it was the bus driver outside my window 'coz the bus stop is right outside my window, and it's like the last stop, so the bus drivers always wait here for about 15 minutes before starting their route again.

Oh ya... It's almost Raya holidays for people in Malaysia... and they all are going back... while me? Still stuck here... haihzzz... But December's coming soon... But that just means November's coming sooner, and I don't want November to come, 'coz that means finals. Can I just jump to December? LOL!

Arghh, I've go sooo much work to do.. But I'm so not in the mood to do. Economic's commentary, English essay, and writing up my Business interview. Aiyaaaa... So lazy!!

Oh yaaaaa, I've been learning Cantonese and Hokkien today. Haha.. But I got so mixed up! =s I know I know, they sound so different right... Still confusing ok... my brain isn't that big lo... =P hopefully by the end of this year I'll pick up enough Hokkien to converse with my grandparents, but I doubt it. Haha!! I don't wanna be "kantang" or "banana" anymore!! Stop laughing la you guys... Must support me mah.... LOLzzz!

Anywaysssss... looking forward to this weekend! Going to Gold Coast... Haha... I think I'll never be sick of that place! Gonna go see my cousin performing an Indonesian dance or something like that.

I have to go do some work... lazy lazy lazy...

I'll show you what I've been doing lately... Haha... I "guitar-napped" Chris' guitar yesterday WITH his permission, so it wasn't really guitar-napping... So yea... I've been playing that since yesterday...

Can't blame me.. I'm sooo tired... and guitar just release my stress.... I had lessons from 9am today until 5.30pm ok.. without any breaks... yes, that means no lunch break too... tired tired tired, but my English essay's dued this Friday, so I have to do it... annoyingness!

Haha! I'm such in a mood to blog!

Missing home... I can't believe I went shopping and I only spent $20! Proud of me! An achievement! Haha... I resisted temptation... well, almost... Hehhh! But I had a good bargain alright... 4 DVDs for $20. I bought Pearl Harbour (I haven't watched it), Little Man Tate, A Christmas Carol, and Agent Cody Banks 2. Yeaaaa... Soooo... I have to control myself from watching tho! I've got an English essay dued this Friday. But shopping's such a great exercise! LOL! Well, for me it is, I have to walk about 45 minutes to town! After church, I can spend like 3 hours non stop walking!! And then I have to walk home again... But don't ask me why I'm still putting on weight, no idea. I calculated right, by the rate I'm walking now, I should be as skinny as those model gals, but somehow something somewhere went wrong.


Oooh, I spent like almost an hour playing piano at Allan's again. Woohoo... But I don't think I'm as good as anyone there. Sadness~~ Should have practised harder last time... Ach jaaa... too late for regrets... This is like me and Chinese. Haha! I want to learn it now when I don't have the chance, and when I had the chance I didn't bothered.


And oh, I found another hobby. Haha! Camwhoring... LOLzzz!




PS: something to ponder upon... If you met an ordinary man, who looked just like your average neighbour dude, who just walked down the road today and claimed that he was Jesus, would you believe him? What if he WAS Jesus?

I must learn to SHUT UP!!

I feel terribly bad!!! T.T Sighh... I should really REALLY control my big mouth but I am really extremely terribly sorry!!!! I was complaining about something, and the person who was directly involve heard me I guess... I really didn't mean to say that... =(

Anyway, to change the topic... I suddenly have the urge to cook. Stop staring at me like that ok... I do cook! Not often but, yes.. I do cook ok! The last time I cook, I made my version of mash potatoes, which turned up really really good! It was mash potatoes with bacon and veggie. Healthy ey? =P

Now... I was just browsing some of the simple recipes online... Some caught my eye... yeah, will let you guys know how it turn out when I finally decide to try it out...

I miss piano! Argh! I don't know why I'm always like this. I always want things when they're not available. When I was home, I don't think I even played that often! Sighh... First I missed playing guitar, now piano... soon it'll be violin. Though, I don't really like it, I don't know why. Haha. Ach jaaaaa, though the school has a piano room, it's like really fully booked when I have time. Maybe I should hang out more at Allan Music shop thingy. I can't remember the name. I found some nice piano music too, will print them out soon. I hope I can try them out soon!

Oyeeee... getting fat. I seriously don't know what to do to lose weight... haha. I know exercise right? Easier said than done... Owells, I have to find a way before I come back.. I wanna eat eat eat when I reach home!!!

Well... Actually I have things to do... But... not in the mood, besides, I bet you all know how last minute I am anyway. Haha! Ssshhhhh! Mum's not supposed to know!!!

Don't know why I just felt like blogging... I don't get how fast this whole week has past! And... remember my weight craze a few days back, or was it weeks. Well, so not working. haha!! Oh wellz, I'm coming back with extra Aussie souvenirs to add on my German souvenir... If you know what I mean. Haha!!

Know what... I wanna learn Hokkien, Cantonese, and Spanish!!! But all so not working! LOL! I think I need to spend like a month with my grandparents back in Johore to master the Hokkien language, and then spend like another few months at my cousin's in laws place to master Canto, and then.... fly to Latin America to learn Spanish!!! Sighhh, I should have studied languages!!! It's soooo fun... LOL! Now I'm talking. Haha... Wait 'til I learn the grammar and then I'll start complaining. Achhh, regretssss.... I wish I really paid attention and learn Mandarin well... haha... How was I to know that I'll actually want to speak this language. Help me people, improve my Chinese!!! I don't wanna be the "banana" anymore. Haha! Oh ya... Any German speaking people here?? I need to improve my German and avoid forgetting it!

I'm starting to talk crap now... lolzzzzz....

OH YAAAAA!!!! ALEX (my cousin) IS GETTING MARRIED TOMORROW!!!!! CONGRATULATIONS TO THE FUTURE NEWLY WEDS!! My whole family's not going... Arlene (my sis) has her trials soon, like on Monday or something, so Dad's flying alone. Poor thing... I wish I'm home now... then I can follow my Dad too.... But I think the AS trials are around this time too.... Sigh, COUSINS!!! Pick a better time to get married can!! You guys always pick the exam periods. LOL!

Alrightyyyy... I think I better stop before I bore you guys to deathhh!!

1. when I was in Primary 1, i think it was first day of school... I got bored, so I entertained myself by singing "Twinkle Twinkle Little Star" WITH actions to myself...
2. ohh, when Titanic was just out on video, I was so engrossed with it and I wanted to show my mum, and I thought she was at the back of me, so I grabbed her hand, only to realise after 5 mins of tugging that it wasn't my mum, and it was in fact an old man!!
3. In Primary School, it was the start of a new year... I forgot... and I walked into my old classroom, and I didn't stop until I was half way in!!!
4. One day, I was waiting for my dad to pick me up... i think I was in Primary 6, Royston remember this incident 'til this day... anyway, I got sick of waiting after 2 hours, I crossed the drain (shortcut) to get to the payphone... instead I fell, and scar my leg.... it's still there. =(
5. When I first started to learn how to ride a 2-wheel-bike, me being me... even though I still couldn't, I still went and try to ride... ended up falling into the drain...
STOP LAUGHING!!!
6. oh.. in Form 2.... I got stressed from prefect duty that i broke down and cry and I was sobbing like a mad child...
7. few months ago when I just moved into my apartment, my friends and I were talking very loudly and laughing our heads off until the RA came and told us to keep quiet!
8. i laughed loudly in church one day... so embarassing!!!
9. my friends and I were talking in church until we got told off....
10. i got drunk... (don't wanna elaborate on that.... it was my 18th bday)
11. my sis and I were laughing sooooo much in the car when our parents were grocery shopping and a friend spotted us...
12. my sports teacher kept using me as an example... embarressing examples... but.... no hard feelings.. the examples were pretty funny! haha
OMG... still got so many more to list down.. i can't remember anymore!
13. oh.. one day during Taekwondo training, I ge kiang use my other leg to kick.. and I ended up falling down hard on my butt... damn pain!
14. another training, i was talking too much that my taekwondo master got piss off and ask me to stand in front and talk... -.-
15. speaking about talking... in form 4... my Sejarah teacher keep picking on me and Ko because we always talked...
16. until form 5 when we didn't sit next to each other, she asked, "ei, Sharlene, why are you not sitting next to Ko?"
17. i visited my uncle's office for the first time in Gold Coast, and one of his workers thought I'm married to my cousin's husband's brother... 0.o
18. i drew on the walls when I was very young, and few years later.. when people came for visit I got embarrassed...
19. my music teachers complained to my mum I was sms-ing a lot during music class...
20. i read mobile as mo-bi-le....and still asked what is that... O.O
21. I read another one as "anotherone", and thought it was a science term
22. somebody told me that I'm fat....
23. I played hula hoop on stage.... and I lasted the longest... and after few minutes... I kept going and going.... and then I let it fall coz people were staring...
24. i vomited out soya milk in kindergarten....
25. i kept disturbing my bro in church when he was still a baby and made him cry... and people still remember that...

oh... today's Hui Quan's birthday.. not sad about that.... HAPPY BIRTHDAY HUI QUAN!!!!!!!!
She's a sweet person and therefore had a sweet birthday. hehe... it rained, but I hope she had fun... feel so guilty I didn't actually plan any surprise party for her... but anyway, Carrie did... and the whole IES who were at G2 during lunch helped us sing happy birthday to her... yeahhh... nice one! so sweeettttt!!!!

Sighhh.. right... going on to topic...

I feel bad that more people are getting sick... apparently it's all because of me... Why isn't it Shun?! He's sick too... =( sighhh... anyway... yea... me... sickness spreader... they should really lock me up... stop me from going and infecting more people.....

Weight Craze

Haha... At least I am improving right?? Blogging now.. =P

Argh... I just heard that one of my friends lost a lot of weight!! I am like... more than 10kg heavier than her!! Actually I don't even care.. haha! But I don't know why I'm crazy over losing weight... Sigh... GIRLS! lol!

Ach jaaaa.... I am recovering from my sickness.... I feel very very guilty actually, 'coz I don't know whether it was me who spread my sickness to my other friends. T.T 2 of them are quite sick but not as sick as I was, but 1 of them is soooo soooo sick.. like... worst than I was. Sighhh.... I don't even know where I got this sickness from in the first place... But it wasn't my fault right? I have to recover soon!!! In 2 weeks time I'm gonna meet up with my young cousins, and I don't wanna spread it to them.

Spring has arrived since yesterday... but I am missing Winter already... I rather it cold than hot. I don't know why. Haha! But I complain when it's cold too. Sighhhh sighhhh sighhhhh... I complain too much... I am not looking forward to Summer.... *shakes head* no way!! The only thing I'm looking forward in the Summer month is.... MANGOES!!!!! and also.... my Mummy and Daddy, and Arlene and Matt are coming!!!!!
