Nervous-nervous

Do you get the feeling before exam you nervous... then when you finally finish your exams, you feel you merdeka... thennn... when results coming out, you nervous again...

Well, I did something dumb... and then... wrote a really pathetic email... and then... andddd thennn.... panic attack.... and thennnn... I forgot all about it... haha.. and thennnn... the lecturer REPLIES!!! :O and thennn... check-check everything ok... and then... now I nervous again 'coz of results.. :(

Ok... the story goes like this:

Fri, 19th June 2009...

I sat for my Anthropology paper... I wasn't freaking out even though I went to the exam hall and found NOBODY there... I reasoned that I was early... but I was worried... When I went the second time, there were people... Fuhhh! the relief!! The invigilator was fierce... which made me uneasy... haha... anywayyy, you know the multiple choice paper paper?? Yeaaa, you need to write using pencil right? The instructions somemore wrote DAMN HUGE! Buttt!! I.wrote.my.name,student ID, course code.in.PEN!!! I didn't realise until an hour after exam!! I FREAKED OUT BIG TIME!!!! Worst thing was I panicked until cannot concentrate on anything!! Hui Quan, my housemate was telling me I shouldn't freak out and just let it go 'coz it was over, and I should concentrate on the next exam which was on the next day at 8am!! It took 2 hours and a lot of convincing from Timothy and Bryan to get me to write an email to my lecturer... which goes like this:

Dear Dr Helen,

I have just realised that during the ANTH1008 exam today (Friday), I was required to use a pencil instead of a pen to write my name, student ID and course code as well on the multiple choice exam sheet. I did, however, shade my answers in pencil.

I thought that I should let you know in case my mistake causes my name, student ID, and course code to be unreadable by the machine. It's my first time sitting for a multiple choice paper at UQ and I will definitely use a pencil next time.

I am very sorry for the inconvenience that I have caused.

Sharlene Teo

"I will definitely use a pencil next time"... WTH?!!! Pathetic... I KNOW!!!! You can't blame me, I was freaking out!! Anyway, after I slept it kinda got washed away... and I was calm enough to sit for my exam... but then I kinda freaked out again after that... Thennn... I went to Gold Coast, and totally forgot all about the chaos... until...

22th June, 2009...

Thank you Sharlene, we’ll track you down if there are unidentifiable papers.

Best
Helen

Oh.my.God... was I so thankful and relieved!! even though I forgot all about it and so I replied her:

Dear Dr Helen,

Thank you so much... sorry again for the inconvenience caused.

Sharlene

And then.. I thought that was the end of it!! but...

29th June, 2009...

Not a prob – just checked and your final result has come through ok. Well done!

Helen *smiley face*

I swear she put a smiley face there... which got me all relieved and all... and thennnn!!! I reread the email... "...your final result has come through ok. Well done!". What does that mean?? I did ok in my exam or I did really well in my exam, hence the "Well done!", or my result was read by the machine and there was no problems?

This is driving me nuts!!

Well, actually not anymore... Once I typed it all up, and ponder it a little longer... nahhh, I won't let this bug me!! =) arghhh, I wonder when results are out!!!

I am so pathetic... I know...
